A new resume, written by a RetirementJobs.com Career Coach and targeted to your preferred industries and occupations prepared in 7 to 10 business days.  Resume preparation includes a 30 minute phone interview, a first draft for your review and a finished resume.  Additional versions of your resume can be prepared at less than half the charge of the initial resume.

An energized and customized cover letter targeted to a specific job opportunity including the “keywords” found in the employer’s job posting and job description.

Personal job search and career coaching with a RetirementJobs.com Career Coach who is committed to your successful job search.  Career Coaches have a minimum of 25 years of relevant, proven experience in the career coaching, recruitment and human resources field.  Time is charged in 30 or 60-minute increments.

These one-on-one sessions include where to find the advertised and hidden jobs, how to apply, tricks to getting your resume seen by the right people, improving your networking, how to post your jobs to job posting boards, how to identify age friendly employers, and more.  Career counseling may also focus on how to change your career, establish your own business or consulting practice, and much more.  Each session is customized to your specific needs and may not cover all of the items above.  Our process is designed to provide you with the most urgent and important aspects of your individualized needs.  Time is charged in 30 or 60-minute increments.

LinkedIn is the leading networking website.  Having a presence on LinkedIn is important to let employers know that you are up-to-date with technology.  In addition, LinkedIn is a recruiting source for many employers and we can help optimize your presence on the site for the type of positions you seek.

This specially-discounted package provides the variety of services you’ll need to get a new job including a New Resume, one Customized Cover Letter or LinkedIn update, and 60-minutes of Job Search & Career Coaching.  The same Career Coach will work with you throughout the entire process.
